Often, this critical point isn’t listed at all, which is downright ridiculous. At Painter.City, we maintain high standards, and with three reports from customers like you, that contractor is out!

Rest assured, your report will not be made public, and if you are the third person to file a complaint, we will wait two weeks before enforcing any action or notifying the company. We understand people may be concerned about being identified, so this gives you the opportunity to report without fear. An optional feedback box will be provided for the contractor to receive, but it’s not mandatory. Your insights will help us in terminating the contractor's affiliation with Painter.City. If it's the third report, rest assured, the contractor is the problem, not you. Your feedback is vital to maintaining quality and trust in the Painter.City community. Our reputation is everything, and we recognize that.
